You must enter the coupon code and apply it during checkout at the time you place your order! (or if you're ordering by phone, you must give us the code at the time of the order, before it is completed!) As we are not able to add or apply the discount to an order that is already in the system (and/or any past/previous orders whether they were placed before, during or after this promotion, sorry!
This 25% off promotion cannot be combined with any other coupons or codes, and is only valid on the items that appear in this section of our website. The 25% discount will be taken off the lowest price showing, so if something is already on clearance, you will get the sale price, plus an additional
25% off of that sale price!
AND AS ALWAYS... We understand that you are ordering online, and may have no idea how ir if something will fit, or if you'll even like it at all. We will never make you keep something that you are not happy with - "all sales are final" is never our policy! However... as always with sale/clearance items (or discount promotions), there are absolutely No Refunds, No Exceptions - any returns on these items can either be exchanged at the time of the return, or they will be issued a store credit*.
*Store credits never expire, and can be used on any item we sell! Be sure to CHECK BACK OFTEN! We will be adding more items to this 25% promotion as we continue to pack & unpack, and will update this section as much as possible!!

We are in the process of moving, so as I'm sure you can imagine, a good part of your order is probably still packed in boxes all over our warehouse! So these orders may take up to a week+ to get processed, but rest assured, we will work dilligently to get it shipped as quickly as we can!
SUBSTITUTION INFORMATION
PLEASE NOTE:
Because this is a moving sale, and most
of our inventory is still in boxes, we don't have a full count of
all out inventory yet! So as much as we will try to get you
everything on your order, we may run out of certain items,
colors, or sizes. So if something on your order is either out of
stock, or if we just don't have the exact color or size you
ordered, and we do have possible replacements or substitutes, we
will call and/or e-mail you, and let you know which item is not
available, and what if anything we can replace it with, rather
than just cancel the item completely - we want to still be able
to offer you the 25% discount on something,
so you're not missing out on the sale, just because we ran out!
However...
if we cannot reach you, we will not just make a substitution
without approval, so we will have to just remove it from your
order, and ship out the remaining items (unless you instruct
otherwise, see below).
New! If you already know what you may or may not be ok with for
substitutions (if necessary), please let us know but putting it
in the comments section at the bottom of the checkout page! This
will not only save time, as most of these items will be selling
out fast, it will give you the best chance to get something
acceptable (while in stock), and still get your 25% discount!
(example: lets say you ordered a size 42T-Blue jeans; You can put
something in the comments like... "will accept 40 to 44 on
the jeans as long as they're tall. Or "color substitution is
ok, but must be the same size"
"will accept the green if blue is not available", etc.
- Or you can even just say "no substitutions", and then
we'll just send out the availble items & take off the rest.
